Wonderful Stay at This Family Hotel
family hotel convenient location kind staff cute service
This family owned hotel located right on the slope is great. Staff are very kind and cute. My room was on the top floor with view of Cervinia. I ask for a room on the ground or first floor next time.
The ceiling is a bit low in parts of the room. This was not a big issue for me, but something I noticed.

c o n v e n i e n t l o c a t i o n unfriendly atmosphere outdated furniture
the location was convenient for accessing the slopes directly.
I wasn't thrilled that the hotel advertises itself as dog-friendly. It didn't really feel that way. perhaps some staff training is needed to improve the welcome for pets. also, the room i stayed in could use some updates (the furniture felt a little dated).

The location offered ski-in and ski-out access, a dream for any ski lover. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The room lacked a bit of soundproofing. I could hear some noise from the hallway.

Breakfast included a satisfying variety of ingredients. Coffee tasted especially good and gave a good start to the day. Evening menu options downstairs were inexpensive and very convenient.

Staff arranged a shower after checkout. This was much appreciated. A shuttle bus ran into the village and back each evening. This helped a lot. The hotel team was always very kind and cute, they created a homely feel.
